Subway photoluminescent wide-edge glass landmark, luminous tempered glass indicator

The station hall evacuation indicator is installed on the ground passage of the subway station hall and must be placed at stair exits without interruption.

I. Product Performance:
1. After absorbing any visible light for 5-10 minutes, it continues to glow in the dark for over 12 hours and can be reused indefinitely;
2. It uses self-produced high-brightness luminous powder, which is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, and low-cost;
3. It features double-layer tempered glass (ordinary ones only have tempered glass on the upper layer, while the lower layer is ordinary glass). The light-storing interlayer uses high-brightness full-luminous aluminum plates, vacuum-sealed and laminated in a furnace, with waterproof and moisture-proof ratings up to IP68. The edges are framed with 304 stainless steel, making it aesthetically pleasing.
4. The photoluminescent fire safety evacuation signs must meet the requirements of GA480.3-2004 in terms of weather resistance, color adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, water resistance, and radioactivity.

II. Specifications:
The circular glass station hall signs are available in sizes such as φ180mm and φ210mm. Arrow patterns can be customized according to requirements, and text can be added.

Drill holes and create grooves according to the dimensions, then install the product. Ensure the bottom is filled and compacted with cement to avoid hollow spaces, which could cause the glass to sink due to long-term foot traffic.
